Terms & Conditions

All sessions are to paid at least a week in advance to secure a place. One trial session can be attended before the half term fee is payable.

We understand that missing a lesson is sometimes unavoidable. If notified at least 24 hours in advance, we will seek, where possible, to offer a replacement lesson or a credit towards a future term. All missed lessons are payable in full. Holiday sessions can only be amended if space is available in an alternative session and with a minimum 96 hours notice.

Students are welcome to bring snacks and drinks on site but no nuts please.

Students must be collected promptly, any collection over 5 minutes late will incur an additional fee.

Cancellation of the remaining term must be made with at least 72 hours notice and no credits for missed lessons can be included in any refund due. Any refunds are subject to a £10 processing fee.
